1. Antiseptic polyethylene cutting boards or wood cutting boards are the ideal cutting surface. |

2. Do not chop or pry open any object by using ceramic knife! They are best used as a slicing knife. |

3. Do not use a grinder or stone to sharpen a Sunward ceramic knife. Please send your knife to Sunward for sharpening should it become necessary. |

4. Store ceramic knife in an appropriate carrier or sheath to preserve and protect your Investment. |

5. Do not drop or hit the blade on a hard surface as with any knife such under force may fracture the blade. |
